Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.waycool-usa.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Most media items including CD's, books and VHS tapes can be shipped via the USPS Media Mail service.You can expect delivery within 7-14 full business days.

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. - 2 to 3 Day, (2-3 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2 to 3 Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

- Standard Freight, (7-14 business days)
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and bring it inside.
Products indicating Inside Delivery service will include delivery over the first threshold of your home. It does not include assembly or debris removal.
- Premium Freight, (7-14 business days)
Oversized items are heavy or oddly shaped items that must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)
Many oversized items on this site may be shipped via a premium delivery service called Silver Service Delivery. If this option is available it will be noted on the Product Detail page and during Checkout.
Products indicating Inside Delivery will include delivery over the first threshold of your home. Please note that set-up, assembly or debris removal is not included in Silver Service delivery service.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We suggest you save the item's original box for a short time in case a return is required.
Alaska or Hawaii
- USPS Media Mail, (7-14 business days)
Most media items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail service. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Media items include most books, music, films, computer-readable media and some other forms of printed media weighing less than 70 lbs.

A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock," "Advanced Sale," "Release Date" or "Special Order." Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock (Advanced Sale items), are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer (Release Date items), or require extra time for sizing or other adjustments (Special Order items). For more information, please read the details below.
Some items are offered with customization options (monogramming, etc.). If you choose a customization option, please allow for additional time beyond the expected shipment time indicated on the Product Detail page. The additional time required for customization varies from several days to several weeks depending on the options you choose.
In-Stock Items
If you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Advanced Sale Items
Advanced Sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. An Advanced Sale item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail page.
Please note, expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail page specify when an item is expected to leave the warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
Release Date Items
Release Date items are items that are available for purchase on our site in advance of the manufacturer's release date for sale to the general public. Release Date items are shipped directly to you once the approved release date arrives. You will be notified of the status of your Release Date item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "Release Date: Buy now for shipping on 04 / 08 / 2010") is indicated on the Product Detail page.
Please note, expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail page specify when an item is expected to leave the warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
Special Order Items
Special Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. Expected adjustment time (for example, "Special Order: Add 3-4 weeks for adjustment") is indicated on the Product Detail page. Your Special Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your Special Order item by e-mail.
